Before these times the Reception Team and phone lines are busy with appointment bookings.

Patient Transport Options
If you need help with transport for getting to hospital and other healthcare appointments, please see the information below or in our leaflet which has been put together by Shifnal & Priorslee Patient Participation Group.
For Shifnal Residents:
Shropshire Council Community Car Service uses volunteer drivers. Mr Paul Jones is Co-ordinator in Shifnal and he can be contacted on 01952 460456/462324. He will take patients to hospital and other NHS and non-NHS appointments. This scheme is subsidised by Shropshire Council and the current rate to passengers is 30p per mile. Parking charges would also be paid by the passenger if applicable.
For Priorslee Residents:
Dial-a-Ride offers concessionary travel for Telford & Wrekin residents who have difficulty using ordinary public transport because of infirmity or disability. It is a door to door service with easy access for wheelchairs.
Registration is required- complete the form on the Telford & Wrekin Council website or phone 01952 200005.
For Shifnal & Priorslee Residents:
A Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPT) Service is provided for patients who have a medical condition which prevents them from using other forms of transport to travel to and from healthcare appointments.
To find if you are eligible for this service please contact Medical Serivces on 01743 762650.
Red Cross provides free transport by volunteers drivers for six weeks after hospital treatment. You need a referral by your GP or Social Worker.
