Receptionist and advanced nurse practitioner
The lovely receptionist is a true credit to this practice, along with your nurse practitioner. I don’t think I can leave names, but they have both left me feeling reassured and given me a good experience here, which is nice to have following previous issues with this practice. I have previously made a complaint about the way the receptionists have spoken to me in the past, and have previously had a bad encounter, however I believe that the service I received this last week deserves to be noticed just as much as any bad complaint. After half an hour as caller 4 in the queue as I couldn’t get through I decided to take a walk down to your Shifnal branch. The lady was extremely polite, kind and was very empathetic and understanding about my situation. The lovely lady really went the extra mile for me, considering I was asking her question after question. The lady explained to me she has only been there a short time, and to bare with her whilst she got some information surrounding some results. She did all she could to get me an appointment, after I got a little upset. She was very reassuring and a lovely bright bubbly face to be greeted by. I now have an appointment this week and feel much more at ease so thank you. I also want to say your nurse practitioner is also a credit to your practice. She is very thorough, kind and did not rush me a couple of weeks ago. You truly do have some assets to your practice and I hope the two mentioned above get the credit that they deserve.

Not sure if i can leave a name, so I won't but just wanted to say your Advanced Nurse Practitioner deserves a mention. Very thorough, not rushing you, friendly and really explains things to you. Highly recommend seeing her if you cannot get in to see a doctor. Thabk you again. You're an asset to the practice.
